How Do We Achieve a Fair Market Price?
We instruct independent RICS-approved valuations for all transactions. All valuations are transparent.
Following the valuation, we will approach our buyer network to identify the most interested investors. Typically, there will be multiple bidders. It is then down to the vendor to choose the best proposal. This is very different to the traditional private treaty or auction sale. The more interested buyers there are, the better the terms for the seller.
